Webtoon view doesn't scroll when zoomed in as of v3.6

Hi, webtoon view doesn't scroll across pages (or even within one page) when zoomed in. It appears like there's a fixed distance it can scroll before it can't, sometimes even within one page. This is as of v3.6, it worked before that.
