Improve streaming part

I was looking for alternative to Webtop.

The mutiple user approach is very interesting, with the associated chat. And the interface is very clean and responsive, i love it.

The issue that bothers me about my use would be the responsiveness of the streamed content (desktop or application), and the fact that the resolution is fixed.

For comparison, WebTop is extremely fast and the resolution is completely dynamic. It does not provide the same feature i know, but both project concern streaming app or desktop.The content adapts to the slightest change on window resize.

Webtop was previously based on Kasm, and now uses Selkies based on HTML5 WebRTC technology. Maybe the streaming could work similary on Neko. It could be interesting to take a look at their implementation, or even integrate directly the streaming part Selkies into your project.

Finaly, it is probably a time-consuming project, and the work done is already incredible. Really interesting projects, and very good work, thank you to all contributors.
