Ask the CLI for dependency issues

Hello!

I was just wondering what flags i could send the CLI to ask if the dll or exe file has any warnings or issues regarding references to other files. Like just sending in a file path and in return getting something like this "we could not find dependency: do_stuff.dll" if there is an issue otherwise just return ok or nothing.
