Not working on W11 any more.

I'm almost 100 percent certain that the signature verification feature Microsoft introduced mid-year—supposedly to improve security (or whatever it's called)—has caused about one-third of my apps to stop launching. DriveStoreExplorer is also affected. There's no error message, no logs; it simply won't launch anymore. Is this issue widely known, and if so, is a patch in the works? As I said, the app is currently unusable for me.
