NMOS transistor logic behavior is incorrect in simulation

Describe the bug

The NMOS transistor component does not behave as expected during simulation.

When using an N-type transistor to build basic CMOS logic circuits, the output signal does not match the expected logic behavior.

For example, when the gate input changes, the transistor switching state and output voltage level are incorrect.
