What went wrong

Title: Image autosave loop with automatic attachment collection

Copilot 4.0.9 saves chat images to copilot-conversations/attachments/. Consistent Attachments 4.0.1 automatically moves them to my configured Obsidian attachment folder, _attachments/, so Copilot recreates them repeatedly and Advanced Rename spams notifications. Excluding copilot-conversations from automatic collection stops the loop.

It took me quite a while to figure out why I was getting toast spammed. Once located there were hundreds of the same image saved and renamed 1,2,3, ect.. Each time it moved, it was seen as empty and recreated, and then moved .. in a awful loop of chaos.
