Update CVEs for Lodash.* per-method packages

Atomic packages like lodash.set still have vulnerabilities that have been patched in main lodash. These get millions of downloads weekly and their vulnerabilities should be patched to make other packages not have them. Simply rebuild these packages and update them as a new version number
