An opt-in memory option for selected LobeHub agent context

Hi @arvinxx and @Innei,

People who organize recurring agents may want a few approved profile or project facts available across sessions. Could an optional Memcode tool or provider make that context available without sharing it with every agent automatically?

I would keep this user-controlled, with clear per-agent or project scope, explicit save/retrieve actions, and no full-history upload by default. Would an integration example fit LobeHub's current extension model? I can prepare a focused PR.
