Crash while importing MP3 files < 500kb

### System Information Windows 11, 32GB DDR5, AMD RYZEN 5 8600G ### LMMS Version(s) 1.3.0-alpha @feec14c ### Most Recent Working Version _No response_ ### Bug Summary Now for some reason after the new MP3 support added with @795d39d it crashes when trying to load a file less than 500 kb, even after installing latest nightly. ### Expected Behaviour -MP3 appears correctly on the list -Stuck importing file or for use or for preview -No responding text in titlebar -Window greys out ### Steps To Reproduce I have attached a test file for the reproduction. All you have to do is try to import it/find in the Home Folder icon to preview.
