Trying to run v4.5

Hi, I remember using style2paints V3 and V4.5 about 3 years ago. I no longer remember how to compile Cuda, Cudnn, tensorflow, and set cv2 to the right path correctly, but I tried anyway, without success. Formatted for a brand new Windows 10, updates disabled, virgin machine, I just installed the graphics card driver. My actual setup

i7 7700 32GB DDR4 2800MHz GTX 1060 6GB

Since the article said that version 4.5 is basically "plug and play", how should the program act?

When I try to run: "C:\Users\oivio\Desktop\style2paints45beta1214B\style2paints.exe" The program opens a cmd window, says something like "program ready" and closes the window, I can't read the message because it appears very quickly.

Trying to run: "C:\Users\oivio\Desktop\style2paints45beta1214B\assets\dotnet\Style2Paints.exe" A white window simply appears and that's it, a blank screen and the program is running.

So I'm very confused. Should I go to Cuda 9 and run V3 or just do a few things here and there and continue with v4.5?
