Advertising static internal and external IPs for Split-DNS setup possible?

Unfortunately, "advertise_internal_ip: true" and "use_external_ip: true" do not work for my Split-DNS setup.

Therefore, I would like to advertise both a static internal ip and static external ip for ICE.

Would that be possible? Thanks in advance!
