Custom Sort Option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like to organize my bookmarks in specific orders, particularly because I use Linkwarden alongside floccus to sync links to my browser bookmarks. Currently, because Linkwarden doesn’t allow sorting bookmarks in a custom order, the bookmarks in my bookmarks bar are in different orders on different devices.

Describe the solution you'd like Introduce a Custom sort option that allows users to drag and drop bookmarks in any order they prefer. The custom order should persist across devices.
