Can't set access token expiration on mobile

Describe the bug The access token expiration selector is unusable on mobile.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /settings/access-tokens on mobile ;
2. Click on New Access Token ;
3. Click on 7 Days under Expires in ;
4. See a dropdown appear then disappear instantly.

Expected behavior The dropdown remains visible until clicked.
