[BUG] Guangdong Province mislabeled as "Guangzhou Province" on Atlas map

Describe the bug

When viewing China on the Atlas map and hovering over Guangdong, the tooltip displays "Guangzhou Province" instead of "Guangdong Province".

Guangzhou is the provincial capital city of Guangdong, not a province itself. The bundled geoBoundaries dataset mistakenly labeled the whole province as "Guangzhou Province".

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Atlas page
2. Zoom into East Asia / China
3. Hover over the Guangdong province region (just north of Hong Kong)
4. Notice the hover tooltip says "Guangzhou Province"

Expected behavior

The tooltip should display "Guangdong Province".
