Thai language support different on Docker and Python 3/pip installation

Thai language code support was present in pip installation a few days ago Docker image (libretranslate/libretranslate latest) no longer lists Thai in /languages endpoint Request: restore Thai language support to Docker image or clarify if it was intentionally removed There is a discrepancy between pip and Docker versions—the maintainers will want to know about that inconsistency.

For now, I am sticking with pip installation since it has Thai working.
