Saving issues

Describe the bug

When changing the name of a layer the open tab does not notify me about the requirement of a save. if i do not save the Layer name remains unchanged.

To Reproduce

Change a layer name, close the tab, re-open the tab the layer name stays the same.

Expected behaviour

When changing the name of the layer the tab should have an icon that tells me i need to save.

OS/Hardware

• Operative System: Windows 10
• CPU: AM4 Ryzen 9600
