No TLS certificate for *.backend.librespeed.org (8 servers unusable)

Eight of the 45 entries in librespeed.org/backend-servers/servers.php cannot be reached at all. HTTP 308-redirects to HTTPS, and HTTPS fails at the handshake:

The certificate served on that address covers only the apex:

subject=CN=librespeed.org
X509v3 Subject Alternative Name:
    DNS:librespeed.org

Affected, all responding identically: de1, de3, de4, de5, uk1, lt1, za1, in1 — server ids 27, 28, 30, 31, 43, 69, 70, 75.

Separately: all eight resolve to 78.46.162.45, which is the apex itself, and Google, Cloudflare and Quad9 all return that same address, so it is not GeoDNS. Four of them are advertised as Bangalore, Johannesburg, Nottingham and Vilnius.
