Add Assistant fans support for Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1 - Asus EC - Can help running the appropriate tests

Hi Remi, I've just discovered Fan Control and LibreHardwareMonitor this WE and they are really great pieces of software. Thanks for all the effort put in the dev and maintenance of those software!

On my PC, everything works fine for 6 fans out of 9 (CPU, CPU_OPT and the 4 CHA_FAN). But LHM can't find the 3 assistant fans of the motherboard (an Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1), I guess because they are the only ones managed by EC Asus as HWiNFO shows...

So I was wondering if I could help adding the full support of this motherboard, like you did with elbubi here... https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor/issues/2106

I have this MB and LHM installed, so I can run a test built and provide you with the LHM report, info or any test results you may need. Here is a first version of the LHM report: LibreHardwareMonitor.Report.txt
