Documentation Suggestion: Add note regarding HDD clicking/polling behavior

To prevent future troubleshooting confusion for users, I would like to suggest adding a brief recommendation regarding ATA/SATA mechanical storage to the documentation. I recently installed LibreHardwareMonitor, which runs continuously in the background from system startup. After two weeks of usage, I noticed a persistent clicking sound coming from the hard disk drive. This behavior immediately ceased once the LibreHardwareMonitor process was stopped. Since high-frequency sensor polling can cause constant head activity on certain mechanical drives, adding a tip to adjust the Update Interval or active the option "Throttle ATA Storage" in the settings would be highly beneficial for the community.
