Clash won't open anymore because of the error

预期行为 / Expected behavior

I boot up PC and Clash boots up with it and it works.

实际行为 / Actual behavior

I booted up my PC and Clash booted up with it. But it wasnt working. The graphs that shows Memory Usage was showing 0 with all other graphs. So I tried closing and reopening it. When I did this, this error poped up and now I can't access the app at all.

The only way to fix this was when I reinstalled Clash with all the settings deleted as an uninstallment option
