How Do We Reproduce?

Try to install windows version on your own end. I am pretty sure you won't be able to download files because zip will be corrupted (not 754 MB nominal but for example 250 MB)

Extra (like a sample repo to reproduce the issue, etc.)

If possible please put TCP server on external storage. I can help you for free with that matter if you need free storage for file.
