How to use the classic interface with the MainMenu and form Maximize/Close buttons on Windows

Hi everyone, I’ve started using Noi and am having a lot of trouble configuring it. I managed to access the settings using "Ctrl + ,", but I can't get the MainMenu or the form's Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons to show up. The interface is very stark/bright, which is terrible for anyone with vision problems.
