[Feature] Add settings to disable global shortcuts (or remap them)

Something as simple as Ctrl + Shift + N conflicts with native Windows shortcuts. This is frustrating to deal with because it means I have to close my app or use a workaround if I want to do something as common as create a new folder in Explorer.

Please add an option in the settings to disable global shortcuts, or have the default shortcuts remapped so they don't conflict with native OS shortcuts - I am aware that the shortcuts can be manually changed, but this is useability friction that can be easily ameliorated.
