[BUG] Dark mode has readability issues

Describe the issue

I love using dark mode on all my apps and sites that I go, but testing using leantime, I don't feel confortable with the readabilty is not optimized of certain cases and buttons, this can be improved by having color schemes that can work in light and dark mode

I have to give it to you, light mode with leantime color scheme looks stylish, but I wish that looks as stylish on dark mode.

I add screenshots of some samples of readability issues that I see.

Also, I'm using grayscale reverse because grayscale and leantime isn't practical to read the text for tasks and more elements in the site.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to themes
2. Set dark mode
3. Set Grayscale reverse
