Answering calls not available on locked screen on Samsung A57

Describe the bug

If you get a call and your screen is locked you cannot answer. You see the notification for the call but you dont have the option to slide and answer.

Steps to reproduce

1. Lock the screen
2. Get a call
3. See the notification on the lock screen but no option to accept or decline the call.

Expected behavior

Have the option to accept or deny the call
