`Save Witohut Formatting` doesn't save the file.

Describe the bug
With Format On Save enabled, when I try to Save Without Formatting file doesn't get saved.
Additional information
The workaround is to save the file normally (with formatting in this case) and then ctrl+z into unformatted code.
