Bug Description

Flow execution failed in try A2A, although in playgroup it's working error message: - configured with ollama model: All connection attempts failed

- configured with azure model: Error Could not connect to AzureOpenAI API: Missing credentials. Please pass one of api_key, azure_ad_token, azure_ad_token_provider, or the AZURE_OPENAI_API_KEY or AZURE_OPENAI_AD_TOKEN environment variables.

Reproduction

1. Simple Agent workflow
2. chat input -> agent -> chat output
3. try A2A, failed
