Feature Request: Turkish Language Support

Description

I would like to request the addition of a Turkish (tr) language model to pocket-tts.

Currently, there is a strong need for a CPU-based, locally running text-to-speech engine for the Turkish language. Having a high-quality, lightweight, and local option like pocket-tts support Turkish would be incredibly valuable.

Rationale

• Local & CPU-friendly: Most modern high-quality TTS models require significant GPU resources. A CPU-friendly, local TTS for Turkish is currently a major gap in the open-source ecosystem.
• Developer Community: There is a large and active developer community in Turkey that would be highly interested in this project and could contribute to testing and integration.
