Versions Used KubeSphere: v4.2.0 Kubernetes: (If KubeSphere installer used, you can skip this)

Environment How many nodes and their hardware configuration: ubuntu24 / 1 masters: 4cpu/8g; 3 nodes: 8cpu/16g For example: CentOS 7.5 / 3 masters: 8cpu/8g; 3 nodes: 8cpu/16g (and other info are welcomed to help us debugging)

How To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 按照v4.2.0手册安装K8S和kubesphere
2. 申请证书
3. 输入证书激活，提示激活成功，自动刷新页面
4. 发现系统还是未激活状态
