Support XDG Directory Structure

It would be nice if the tool supported XDG directory structure as described in in freedesktop org: https://specifications.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html

Example: binaries in ~/.local/bin, configs in ~/.config etc
