Add service level info to telemetry

What would you like to be added: It would be nice if service information (particularly the name of the service) was exposed in some of the telemetry, such as endpoints total, records, verified records, etc Why is this needed: The company I work for owns an external-dns deployment that is used by multiple services for updating r53 information. Having this information available through a prom metric would be immediately valuable, and I'm sure it would be for others as well.
