What Happened?

There is a parse error in the network inspect output that make minikube unable to find a network by name. This is because, the custom format smashes all of the CIDRs/Gateways together into a single string.

In pkg/drivers/kic/oci/network_create.go:199

A network will have two subnets, one for ipv4 and one for ipv6 in the inspect output; which

The network inspection format creates this output:

json
{"Name": "compose-network","Driver": "bridge","Subnet": "192.168.97.0/24fd07:b51a:cc66:d000::/64","Gateway": "192.168.97.1fd07:b51a:cc66:d000::1","MTU": 0, "ContainerIPs": ["192.168.97.2/24"]}

Which the Gateway and Subnet strings do not parse correctly as an IP Address. Since this fails, minikube attempts to create the network, but it fails since it already exists.
