F-Req: Add support for new Fernflower options

Fernflower options `crp` (use record patterns where it is possible), `cps` (use switch with patterns where it is possible), `isl` (inline simple lambda expressions) and `ucrc` (hide unnecessary record constructor and getters) not available in options menu.
