OPML Import Error: Failed to Add Specific Feeds

**Description:**
When importing the OPML file from our project into feedly, most feeds are successfully imported. However, about 20 feeds fail with the following error:
`Error--Failed to add feed/https://blog.algolia.com/blog/rss.xml`
**Steps to Reproduce:**
Export the OPML file from the project.
Import the OPML file into Feedly.
Observe the error for specific feeds, including https://blog.algolia.com/blog/rss.xml.
**Expected Behavior:**
All feeds in the OPML file should be imported successfully without any errors.
**Actual Behavior:**
A subset of feeds fails to import with the above error message.
