Generate Xonsh shell completion script

Hey, I've found that jc is awesome in xonsh shell with first-class objects e.g. https://github.com/xonsh/xonsh/discussions/6153#discussioncomment-16209678. So it will be cool to have Xonsh shell completion script generation. Thanks!
