Event stock updates every ~45 min instead of expected 30 min

I’m using GAGAPI and noticed event stock updates happen roughly every 45 minutes.

Expected: update every 30 minutes Actual: updates around 45 minutes

Not sure if this is a bug or the docs/logic are outdated. If 45 min is intended, it should probably be documented. If not, the update interval may need fixing.
