A self-directed question library for the mock-interview resources

Would you be open to reviewing it as a separate question-library resource? I would not describe it as a live mock platform. Its role is to help candidates choose unfamiliar prompts before using one of the human-feedback services already listed.

I know this is a widely used and intentionally concise README. If the resource section is still maintained, I can submit a one-line PR with a neutral description. If additions are closed, please feel free to decline without further discussion.
