CoverImageSize setting causes general server settings to not save

What happened?

CoverImageSize setting can be considered invalid and causes general server settings to not save.

Current workaround is to change the setting (can just change to something else then change back) and setting will be considered valid again.

What did you expect?

CoverImageSize is always valid and does not prevent settings from being saved.
