How about a new release?

Hey folks,

The last release of Kaminari was December 25, 2021, nearly 4 years ago.

Since then there's been a lot of important stuff merged into master, but as far as I can tell none of it is released in gem form, and while the repo readme claims Rails 7.2 and 8.0 support, anyone installing via rubygems will be sadly disappointed to find it's not actually compatible without https://github.com/kaminari/kaminari/pull/1103 (from 2 years ago)

I'm aware you can reference a git sha in bundler, but then you lose any helpful automations like dependabot, so I think releasing a new update would be the kind thing to do for the community ❤️
