Hi, I can confirm that the notebook detects a GPU correctly. In Step 0 (Runtime Selection), nvidia-smi shows a Tesla T4 GPU with CUDA 13.0 and NVIDIA driver 580.82.07. Despite this, Video2X later fails with repeated vkQueueSubmit failed -4 Vulkan errors. Since the GPU is clearly detected and available, I suspect the issue is related to the Vulkan/NCNN backend or compatibility with the current Colab environment rather than GPU allocation itself.
