[Bug]: computer went slow and antivirus went crazy after opening

Describe the bug

I did everything correctly, but after I opened it, my PC started working really hard and everything began lagging. After about five seconds, the app closed, and my antivirus detected malware inside the patcher. Is it actually a real threat, or could it just be a false positive? I’m not new to the whole cracking scene, but my PC was going crazy.
