[Bug]: Wand will not open after enhance.

Describe the bug

When i restore the enhancer, wand opens like normal but when i enhance wand, if ran administrator or not administrator, the process wont open (not even in task manager) and yes. I have the disable updates tab unchecked.

To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
