After Patch Wand does not start

WeMod/Wand ver 12.52.0 I forked the latest WandEnhancer, ver 1.0.9.4 Created the .exe, downloaded it, and executed it. No errors on running of the WandEnhancer.exe against WeMod/Wand. I close out the patching. Start Wand ... nothing happens, no logs, no errors.
