Google indexes the stable (and not latest) version of docs.jupyter.org, old PST version

When I search about jupyter on Google, i.e. community meetings, I find the stable page:

https://docs.jupyter.org/en/stable/community/content-community.html

However it was published one year ago and has an old version of the PST theme.

It also has some UI glitches, and old color scheme.

The latest version is built using PST 0.20.0 which is much better: https://docs.jupyter.org/en/latest/community/content-community.html

Looking at RTD deployments: https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/jupyter/

Latest is set to default, but Google prefers to index the stable one.
