Describe the bug The model file size displayed on the downloader page is incorrect

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'web dashboard'
2. Click on 'Models-->Downloader'
3. Search model like 'qwen3.8-27B'
4. See error
