[BUG] isPeding from useCallbackValue is not reactive

Describe the bug

When I try to display a spinner with the isPending function provided by the useCallbackValue it does not udpate the UI.

To Reproduce

Try to display a Spinner or Loading component when the debounce callback is peding.

Expected behavior

IsPeding should be used in a useState to be reactive
