Any chance to make rpm without rpm.c ?

Hi, I've looked at ruby-arr-pm and seen that there is still no code that generate rpm without binary program =(

I've tried to make my code to generate rpm and right now I'm stuck with headers generation: problem with signature.

Have you looked more at it?
