Add airspyhf support

Congratulations for this excellent hack sw tool, Current urh is supporting in Options , many native SDR receivers, including airspy R2 and airspy Mini .

But it would be great , if you can also add the airspyhf support.

Gentoo linux is already suporting both airspy and airspyhf . Airspy_lib_version: 1.0.10 AirSpy HF library version: 1.6.8
