gopages: building documentation for several modules

Hello, Thanks for your utilities, works well in my configuration! I would like to generate docs for several modules. Obviously it is possible to generate each of them independently, however I am scratching my head around "merging" the navigation pages. Any idea on how to do that? Is there a specific part of the code I might change and subsequently publish a PR? Thanks, Thomas
