The font that I liked has bugs with displaying

Describe the bug I liked the Academy Old font so I've downloaded it by my phone font's name and placed it in my fonts folder; but I can see it have issues with the <'> symbol, - it's too hight (that's not so bad), - or its distort all the word as in the attached screenshot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install an Academy Old Font .ttf
2. Screen 1920x1080 on 14"
3. Settings on screenshots.

Expected behavior Just as on screenshot but without distortions. On my phone it was displaying ok.
